Referral Program

Employee Referral Program: Current employees will be eligible to receive a bonus if they refer a person to RMI. To receive a bonus, those individuals who were referred must (1) be hired with RMI and (2) must have successfully completed their 120 day introductory period. Both the referral and the referred must be employed with RMI at the time of the bonus.
